Subscription and cancellation

Sieve costs $10 per month and Hosted costs $20 per month. Checkout shows the selected recurring price, taxes, and any limited promotion before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Founder promotion

Eligible customers may receive Sieve for $5 per month for the first three billing periods. The promotion is limited to 20 redemptions, does not apply to Hosted, and then returns to the standard Sieve price shown at Checkout unless canceled.

Cancellation and payment failure

Cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal or email [email protected] from the subscription email. Access continues through the paid period. Past-due accounts receive a three-day grace period and then become read-only. Charges already paid are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Allowances

Plan allowances are shown before purchase and enforced as configurable entitlements. OnMe does not silently bill usage overages. Hosted work that reaches its provider-spend ceiling continues only through a connected customer host or returns needs_executor.
