Terms of service
Effective August 5, 2026. These Terms govern your use of OnMe. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to them. If you use OnMe for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old.
The service
OnMe is a permissioned attention and decision-memory service used with a compatible execution host. OnMe stores task contracts, applies jar and project permissions, evaluates submitted evidence, returns recommendations and interruption directives, and records feedback. Your execution host and connected services are separate products controlled by their providers. Their availability, tools, plans, and authorization grants are not controlled by OnMe.
Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Sieve is a $10/month recurring subscription and Hosted is a $20 monthly recurring subscription, each charged through Stripe. The selected price, billing interval, any promotion, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. A subscription renews each month until canceled. You may cancel in the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected] from the subscription email; access continues through the current paid period and no later monthly charge will be made. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable. If an incorrect charge occurs, contact us promptly so it can be investigated.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting your API keys, execution-host credentials, and devices and for activity under your credentials. Use scoped OnMe keys where available. Tell us promptly if a key or account may be compromised. We may restrict access to protect the service, other customers, or the integrity of the permission boundary.
Your content
You retain your rights in content and evidence you submit. You grant OnMe a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and analyze that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve your use of the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit it. OnMe does not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use OnMe to violate law or another person’s rights; submit content you are not authorized to process; probe, disrupt, or evade service security or limits; distribute malware; automate harmful decisions; or expose secrets whose processing would violate an obligation. OnMe is not a HIPAA-compliant clinical record system. Protect reminders should contain only the timing and minimum details needed for the reminder, not medical records or clinical instructions.
AI recommendations and approvals
Verdicts, summaries, credibility estimates, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. OnMe does not guarantee truth, wise judgment, uninterrupted monitoring, or delivery from a third-party execution host. No external write or calendar reschedule should occur without your explicit approval in that host. You remain responsible for reviewing important evidence and deciding whether to act.
No professional advice
OnMe provides research organization and AI-generated recommendations, not legal, medical, tax, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Market information may be delayed. Never rely on OnMe for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, trades, legal deadlines, or other high-stakes decisions without an appropriate qualified professional and primary-source verification.
OnMe materials
OnMe and its software, visual design, documentation, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by OnMe or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership or permit resale, reverse engineering where prohibited, or use of OnMe branding without permission.
Changes, suspension, and termination
The product is early and may change. We may modify features or limits, but will not silently increase your recurring price. Material Terms changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when practical, notice will be sent to the subscription email. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. These disclaimers do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, third-party hosts, missed notifications, or AI output. OnMe’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid OnMe during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it.
Questions
Questions, cancellations, and notices may be sent to [email protected]. A governing-law and dispute clause will be added when the operating entity and jurisdiction are finalized; applicable non-waivable law controls in the meantime.
